Hi! For the last month I've been doing interval running on the treadmill... About 30-45 mins, 1min on 1min off. I usually go in the afternoon around 230. By the time I get home and shower I'm completely exhausted and ready for bed at 730...i have zero energy.
Recently I started incorporating weights every second day, I skip the treadmill and warm up on the elliptical... Energy completely restored and I feel great! Can anyone explain why this happens? I really don't want to give up running for my weight but I hate not having the energy. Thanks!
