We used to do this - but I cannot see the last one...
The original one was proposed by my friend Cord the Seeker.

It is good as you build up a month or two - then you can compare monthly totals.

Miles - track the miles you've walked, run, biked, or otherwise covered in exercise.
Pounds - every pound you lift counts so if you lift a 50lb weight 10 times, that's 500 pounds.
Hours - for those things that can't be tracked in miles or pounds, like yoga, or dance class, or stretching, log the time.

List your figures for your update first, then update the group running total for the month!
