So it is very important to find an exercise you like and can get excited about and than stick with it. I tried treadmills and stationary bikes but I just did not enjoy that. I started walking and I really like that and I also like to dance so I started to take some NIA and Zumba classes and I loved it. That was the most fun I had exercising.
