As the subject line suggests, I've been getting bruises on my legs and arms from exercising. Mostly right now they're showing up on my thighs.
Right now, my right thigh on the outside has a mottled bruising effect about 6 inches long and several wide. Does this mean I should stop my walks/jogs until the bruising is healed, or should I still continue them, but not so rigorously?
In the meantime, I've been weight lifting, but focusing solely on the upper body and giving my legs some downtime!
