Iv started to do cycling in my local gym to try and drop weight. I'm currently doing 25 minutes of cycling at quite a high tension. I was just wondering if putting it at a lighter tension and cycling for 45-50 minutes would be better for sheer weight loss and possibly be a bit easier on my knees which can sometimes be quite sore not long after a cycle.
