Exercise Ball Push Ups

by AllCdnBoy: link Place the stability ball at one end of the exercise mat. Place both hands on the ball, then walk your feet back until you are in a push up position. Ensure that your feet and the ball are on the mat throughout the exercise to prevent slipping.

Inhale and bend your elbows, keeping them close to your sides. Exhale and push back up to the start position. Ensure that your back stays straight throughout the exercise and that you keep your core engaged.
 
Does it really work. I do push up but not like this.
 
Hi, I always make fun of the people who use this stability ball. You can do them great without stabilty ball, and not waste some money on stupid ball. you can easy do push ups. with simple home chair . if you want angled. inverted etc. push ups. I know what I am talking here, I am been doing push ups diffrent variations more than 10 years.

Different people enjoy different forms of exercise and different pieces of equipment. If you want to use a chair, use a chair, if someone wants to use a ball, there's nothing wrong with that. Making fun of someone for exercising and trying to improve their health is just sad.
