Kneel on exercise ball holding the medicine ball out to the side with one arm (keep arm as straight as possible). Slowly move the medicine ball in front of you to switch from one hand to the other Slowly move the medicine ball to the other side, return to center and repeat.
What part of the body does this hit? And also do you have any suggestion that is the best for the hip part using the ball? I'd like to concentrate on my hips since I've gained a few inches the previous weeks. I guess this exercise would best fit me since I'm good in balancing but just a bit slow with coordination.
