Hey all, I came up with this with my brother and its working for me. I was a big guy before i started this (250lbs 5'8''). I am a month into it and it is really working!

As far as Supplements:
GNC Chocolate Protein Shake Mix With Skim milk
Omega 3
Hydroxycut, Now using Hydroxycut Hardcore With better results
GNC Creatine Monohydrate Mixed in with Green Tea in the morning.

Diet:
Lots of protien
Low Fat
An ok amount of carbs

Meals Like
Breakfast: 1 egg, toast, and milk. Or All bran and a Bananna with a protien shake
Lunch: soup with meat or a salad with turkey or chicken, really light dressing.
Dinner: More meat as long as it is lean, and lots of fresh veggies
Inbetween Meals: Granola Bars and Fruit

Exercise:
30 minutes punching with the heavy bag
30 minutes grappling with a workout partner (Sometimes It gets skipped if im working out by myself)
30 minutes kicking with the heavy bag

1 mile run

100 pushups
100 situps
20 pullups
all of those in sets that you wish i dont make it all the way but i push myself till i cant anymore

100lbs Bench Press 5 sets of 15-20

then later
250lbs bench Press 1 set of 5-8

150lbs Squat 5 sets of 5
300lbs Squat 2 sets of 8

5 miles on the bike

then 50 situps and 25 pushups before bed

Ive been doing this every other day for about a month and I can tell a difference in my body. My gut is slowly going away along with the man-tits.

My arms are a lot more defined and so are my legs

Im at 225lbs now but i have also gained more muscle, my goal is 190 and i feel i will make it by summer.

I just thought i would share my success with everyone, and make this available for anyone needing to lose weight an bulk up pretty quick.

Lol.

Is this post for real ?

So 1 Hr 30 Mins of MMA.
Prolly a 20 min run.
30 Mins on Sit Ups/Push Ups. (Prolly longer)
1 Hr of Weights.
Another 30 Mins on the bike and then 30 Mins before bed.

So about what, 4 1/2 Hours (Minimum) a day of Intense excerise. Of course it's working, Arnold himself (In his prime) would lose weight doing that.

Simply amazing that you can bench your weight after 1 month also, i feel inadequate now with my small incremental weightlifting gains i have made.
