Okay, so I'm 14, I'm about 5'9 and Im probably somewhere between 160 and 190 lbs. I am somewhat muscular, and of large proportions. I need help with my workout plan. Im just a bit out of shape, after summer (maybe really out of shape, i dont feel too out of shape though) I'd like to get fit again, and there are no gyms near me. But, I've got a bike, a "perfect push up", a jump rope, and I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This is my plan that I'm thinking of starting on Saturday:
-2 hours of BJJ a week (been doing this since may)
-push ups (since july)
-and some jump roping (dont know where to start with that)
I think that and diet should be pretty sufficient for now. I'm also considering taking up yoga in december (but that might be too much) All I really need is for someone to approve my plan. Thanks
p.s. i only want to get fit, not buff
(and no jump roping and yoga aren't for sissies, take Mohammed Ali, or Sting for example (pardon my ignorance if i spelled it wrong))
