Exercise 1 hr per day to lose 30 lbs

I created a fitness plan to lose 30 lbs in 6 weeks

So far after two weeks of exercising with my plan I've lost 4.5 lbs and 19 inches overall!

I exercise for 1 hour per day - and the way I've organized the exercises seems to be key in my plan working.

Honestly I didn't expect such dramatic results after only 2 weeks I thought it would take longer. I thought people might be interested in learning about how I'm doing it.

I don't use any gym equipment in my exercises. The only thing I use twice a week is a resistance band - but that is optional.

I'm not using any diet pills and I'm not selling any products, I don't even have any ads on my blog. I just want to share how I'm doing it because it works - period.
