Hi my name is LORENZO and i am so thrilled i found a place like this...I have been dieting hard now for 3 years and 5 months and have lost 340 pounds. I had a heart attack and my cardiologist told me he can no longer be my physician if i cannot help myself. SO long story short here i sit happy to be doing extremely better health wise and just excited to read and hear all of your stories!!!
