I have been slacking for the past couple of years. Anyways, about 3 months ago, I found a cheap exercise bike at a garage sale, and thought 'What the heck!' So I bring the bike home, and am immediately in a health kick, with no direction. I am not one that likes to go to a real gym, and listen to some trainer tell me how out of shape I am.
Anywho, I stumbled upon this website called This has been a life-safer - and has continued to help keep me motivated. I suggest you check it out. It's a results based online fitness program offering customized exercise programs, dietary education, and access to a personal trainer. Pretty cool stuff. Let me know what you think!
I've lost 15 lbs.. I know it's not a ton of weight, but...sometimes I just can't say no to a milk shake!!!
