Sport Example of my diet. Input please?

Sport Fitness
Okay. I've been eating this way for a while and it feels healthy, I seem to be managing my weight, but I'd like some input from anyone who may know more about this stuff than I. I don't have an estimate or exact amounts but I know what reasonable portion sizes are. Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Bowl of whole grain Cheerios (off-brand) with sliced banana & soy milk
1 hard-boiled egg
Small glass of orange juice

Lunch:
Bean burrito (boiled pinto beans)w/mozzarella cheese, whole grain tortilla
Yoplait Light cherry yogurt

Snack:
Low Fat Triscuits with hummus

Dinner:
Stir-fried (in olive oil) veggies and tofu
Brown rice
Cottage cheese

Snack:
Apple slices with peanut butter

If the tofu and soymilk didn't give it away, I'm a vegetarian (no meat, fish or poultry, but eggs and dairy). I feel like I'm getting a good balance of whole grains and protein with every meal, but sometimes I feel like I need to eat more because I'm hungry ALL of the time. Should I throw in a snack between breakfast and lunch? After breakfast this morning I was counting the seconds to lunch about two hours later. Night time is difficult for me as well because I stay up really late (usually 3 a.m.) so I'm always trying to find something that will be filling but healthy so I can at least go to bed without being hungry.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Give us a little more detail here. Height, weight, age, and goals.

there's a trend here, and its typical for vegetarians to not get enough protein, nor enough complete protein. i'd suggest a couple whey+casien shake's during the day to help with that, and to get all your amino acids.

You need to eat more over all. I'd also want to know more info (height, age, weight, body fat %, fitness routine, etc).

Secondly, your food isn't horrible and from my own personal experience as a vegetarian... the complete/incomplete protein is crap. Eat enough healthy foods throughout the day and you're fine. That myth has long been put out.

Thirdly, if you're staying up until 3am... what time are you waking up? You may need to eat 7 or 8 meals per day if you're up a lot. Sarah (another poster on the board eats at least 7 times per day). I eat 6.

Lastly, definitely eat a "snack" betweek breakfast and lunch. You should eat every 3 hours. Eat a protein and a good carb at each meal. Examples of proteins for us veggies:
