I need an Example of a 5000Cal Diet

Can someone please give me an example just so I have a guideline of how much more I need to be eating per day. Thanks alot

sign up for free, input what you would normally eat, then just play around with the portion sizes per meal until you get to 5,000 calories.

as an example for 1 meal though, you'd be looking at a full cup of uncooked oatmeal (cook it afterwards of course...a half cup of dry oats is a normal serving), some fruit, a 35g protein shake, or something like 8 egg whites and a couple of yolks, and a tablespoon of natty PB.

You'll basically need about 800 cals per meal, 6 meals a day ,to hit that 5,000 mark.
