Sport Example Diet?

I have been reading the faqs and have a lot of ideas what to eat and what not to eat but I think it would also be beneficial to see an actual example of a great diet from someone that is in rediculous shape. Just a list of things you ate in one day, how much, and when you ate it. I realise I have to find my own diet but I think it would still help me out a lot. It seems every time I think some food is healthy I hear something bad about it on this board!!

I am 5' 10" 200 lbs, 23, male. I have been working out for the past 2 months after years of inactivity. Right now I am flabby, I have "man boobs" and a gut. Basically, I want to look good naked. Mucle tone, big arms etc. Ill save my workout routine questions for another board.


Heres what I ate today:

9am: whole grain cherios in 1% milk. 3 clementines(small oranges).

11am: 1 grilled chicken breast in terryaki marinade.

2pm: 3 clemintines, a bowl of salad with fat free italian dressing and some ceaser croutons.

5pm: 1 bowl of chicken noodle soup and 2 slices of garlic and tomato focacia bread.

11pm: protein shake.

I feel lost as far as measuring calorie intake and the like. Seems like theres too much to factor in. But I make sure that I get at least 60 grams of protein. I realise theres a lot of things wrong with my diet like not having enough veggies and bad carbs like focaccia and noodles. But I plan to start a much more rigid and strict diet once I have it all planned out. I will force myself to like vegetables if I have to.
