Evil Hunger Pangs from Hell

So, I was on an awesome 3 day streak of my Master Cleanse Detox, and THEN... lemme just say... Taco Bell, Pizza, Tim Horton's, and epic failure.

HOW oh HOW do you guys manage to fight off hunger pangs.

It seems that when I'm in a clear state of mind, I think to myself, "Omg, I'm awesome. This will be over in no time. Hungry Dad? No I'm not hungry. La Di La..."

And then... BAM!

"Oh, just one fatty batch of fries wouldn't hurt... I mean, I'm going to the gym tomorrow. I can easily burn off the 1000 cals from fries tomorrow! *consume food* Oh dammit. 3 days. 3 DAYS. PISSED AWAY. I hate myself. *asks kitty for a hug but is denied. the fly she's chasing is far more important than my despair.* :nopity:

SO, to get to the point. Can you guys gimme some methods you use to fight off those temporary hunger pangs?

Disclaimer: I'm not using the Master Cleanse to lose weight, I'm using it to detoxify my body. The weight loss is an added benefit, lol. I'm doing this to jumpstart my weight loss. So, please no lectures? Pleeeaase? xo
 
Yeah, I can. Eat.

And don't do detox. It is completely unnecessary. Your body detoxes itself perfectly well, you don't need to do anything special to help it along. The reason you are getting horrible hunger pains is because you are literally starving your body of the things it needs. Just eat a sensible diet, with fruit, veggies, whole grains, low fat dairy and lean meats.
 
Master Cleanse is a huge crock of you know what and the whole "detox" thing is a bigger crock. No one has ever been able to adequately explain what exactly is being "detoxed" from your body.

So yeah, the way to fight hunger pangs is to not starve yourself on stupid "diets".

If you want to "detox" your body (in whatever form you think that means) then eat healthy, whole, natural foods, drink lots of water, and get exercise. Your body is designed to filter out what it doesn't need via the kidneys, liver, etc.
