Every just have a bad workout ?

This doesnt happen to often to me ,But today was one of those days. My work out today was less than impressive. Just didnt seem to have it today. The weight just felt heavy and my energy was just not there. For some unknown reason I just feel blotted and zapped for energy. I'm not going to make my calorie intake today. Just can't get the food down today. I dont feel sick.Hmmm anyone else every just have a bad day and a bad workout? Ok my rant is over...LOL I feel better now.
Thanks for letting me vent.

I'm with you today. Felt like crap generally all afternoon, couldn't really get into any kind of a workout today. Here's hoping tomorrow everything goes back to normal.

I would assume that due to lack of food your body hasn't stored energy? Have you been training for a long time without taking a break?

If you are blotted and deprived of energy, there is 2 possibilities:
1) you are sick
2) you might have some diet issue
3) you maybe close to your mentration cycle. If you are a male, then get some pad b/c your man-gina just got hurt.

Okay, #3 was made up, but workout ups and down is all normally actually. Just like our emotions, sometimes you will have great session but other times... well day like you just had, a bad "hair" day.

Glad its not just me....LOL I guess I'm entitled to just a bad day every once in a while.
My calorie intake right now is 4157. I missed it yesterday by 900 calories. I think the blotting was from eating meals to close together.
Thanks for friendly advice. I feel much better today.

Maybe you work out too much or have not given your body enough time to rest? The body is not a machine and also needs to rest. Some guys do a 6-day-a-week workout. Once in a while just take a break.

If you train regularly you will have one of those days from time to time. I recently had 2 days in a row of that feeling and took 2 days off. I felt so much better! More energy, strong and the constant soreness left. I still feel better and have trained hard the last 2 days in a row. Listen to your body. :)

Yeah, I have had this.

1. Overtraining, and losing motivation, IF you get real excited about working out, eventually you will lose the drive, I reckon its real important to change your routine every 2-3 weeks. I got real keen a while back and worked out for 17 days in a row, it damn nearly killed me. Sometimes I rely on one piece of equipment for working out, and every now and then it feels like Its doing nothing for me. Mix it up.

2. Every now and then you should have a killer workout, one that really hurts, but not all the time.
