Well hey guys ive been here for about a week and never really got around to introducing myself. So I figured i just give you some insight about me.
As some of you already know, my name is manny gomez im from tucson,az and im 18 years old im about 143 and 5'4 soon to get my bf%. I started lifting on a regular basis about 2 1/2 months.
I started lifting because first of all i wanted to get fit for the military which i will start an amazing career in about 2 weeks. This has been one of my life long dreams to serve in the United States Navy and finally its so close. I also started lifting just to be overall healthy and have a decent looking body. Also ive always aspired to someday be a personal trainer or nutrionist this of course will be after i finished my duty in the service.
My lifting goals are to be around 9-12 bf% lift twice my bodyweight in bench and squat 3 times my weight and have a balanced diet
