Sport Evening Snack

After i get home from the gym in the evening, i usually eat a fairly high protein, low carb meal. However i usually start to get hungry again about 2 hours before i go to bed. What should i eat at this time of the evening (21:30). I find it hard to get to sleep if i don't eat something. WHAT IS A GOOD SNACK FOR THIS TIME OF THE DAY

You're not eating enough carbs, and carbs is what you want post workout.
 
What ??? - i always thought that you should eat most of your carbs in the morning and very little at night. I was advised to try not to eat any carbs after 7 in the evening
 
If you work out at night, you want carbs right after your strength training workouts.

complex or simple?

if you're looking to cut a bit do you have the post WO dextrose-like carb and then a complex for a PPWO meal, or just the PPWO complex or just the post spike?

ive said this before and ill say it again. aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrhhhhhhhh.
 
Yeah, simple carbs immediately or soon after (PWO). Complex carbs with the meal 1-2 hours after that.
