My name's Rick, I'm 25 and I'm an alcoholic. No not really, however I'm around 26% bodyfat at the moment (apparently ) and I'm on a mission to sort it out.
Been exercising gently for about 6 months now which has steadied my weight. I've now increased it to about 5 times a week and I'm learning exactly what I should be eating.
In a moment of madness yesterday I bought a copy of "" and I'm reading through that at the moment to see what I can learn from it.
I'm loving all your "Before & After" pictures, I think I'll start taking some they seem to be a good source of motivation.
About 3 years ago I ran the London Marathon and I was around 14% bodyfat. I've bulked up a lot since then (and piled on the pounds too, obviously) but I'm aiming to get back down to around 13% bodyfat, as a first goal.
