Unless you're a fml and really lean already and want to preserve a period cycle, I read something that said that a good plant iodine intake will do the same job as fats.. for brain function ( including would you believe in relation to chemistry relating to diagnosis of mental illness ) aand cell integrity and intercell communication etc.. Kelp is a great way to get that,.. liquid also good .. maybe even a spirulina or something aswell that you can daily + throw in shakes would help aswell.
I also read some papers in a med journal from some of the worlds leading med profs and theey seem to think that fat isn't neccessarily essential either. Unfortunately I don't have a refernce atm to give you, but I have posted it somewhere before.. just god knows where is all. If you google you maay come up with something correlating yourself.
..I didn't thiink I was wrong ommiting fats the first time :/..
( p.s. yes I'm fml and yes I eat fats to keep enough eostrogen for a period when necc.)
