Hi,
I hope you are having all a good day. My name is Edna, I'm 22 and I got pretty lazy the last year or 2 maybe. I was, to be honest still okay with my body, not amazed but okay. Today I woke up about 9 am, and was just being lazy in my bed for the next 3 hours. I actually don't have the time for that ( I have a job, go to Uni etc. ), but my motivation for anything is 0. So I decided it's time to change some things, and start being a person I would admirer. So I went to the mirror, watched my body closely and damn I got really chubby. I got strach marks, my tummy is bigger then my boobies and I feel to be honest really uncomfortable. So long story short, I did a 20min Yoga weight loss workout ( it was a 40 minutes but I wasn't really able to balance my body and I fall :blush5: hahah), I will maybe in some future be able to do that whole workout, after that I did a 7 min workout ( I DIED ), but I am felling really good, death but good. I have the feeling that I can do awesome stuff before my job today starts.


I will post here, daily, weekly I am not sure, to be honest, I never wrote before in a forum ( but it's time for changes ).

FACTS ABOUT MY BODY:
- 176 cm (5,8 feet)
- 78 kg (172 lb)
- most problematic area: tummy

MY GOALS:

-67kg
- healthier food, less soda and sugar.

I will keep you updated, and read your achievements tonight.

Hi, Edna & welcome to the forum. Your English is good as it's your second language & certainly good enough for us. Cutting down on sugar, including soda will make a lot of difference & may be all you need to do. Sometimes what we see as a fat tummy can just be bloating. If I eat any wheat products my stomach bloats up like a blimp. Be kind to yourself, rather than critical & make small healthy changes.

thank you for your kind words and support. I cutt soda ( completly ) and sugar about 90%, a took a few "longer" walks this past 3 days, sadly its too cold outside for 1-2 hours walks, so I am doing some inside cardio workout, and I am feeling really good. I already have a lot more energy and motivation. It's possible that a good part of my tummy is bloating but we will see. :)

Short facts about progress:
- No Soda
- less sugar
- less bread and bakery
- more tea
- weight -didn't do yet the scaling i am waiting for a week to past
- definitely more happy with myself
