Hi, I'm recently after completing my first marathon (woooo) but yes, anyway, I'm now interested in doing something with my upper body. I'm a 22 y/o male, and I'd like to do something that trains at home 4 or 5 times a week. I've a bench, pull up bar and EZ curl bar. I liked how in the marathon training it was straight forward, just run for X amount of miles and I was wondering if there was something I could do for my upper body in that respect, something that builds up each week, and doesn't involve 12 different exercises. I don't mind wether it's size gain or just tone. I know it's a bit of a random request and I'm kinda all over the place but thanks for your time!
