Is this considered a steroid or is it a supplement????? my friend takes them and i always thought it was a steroid but he says there legal.......please tell me what you know about them and the results????

It doesnt seem like itis worthless tho b/c we use too lift about the same since we have been working out together a few months and now he is 30 lbs ahead of me and alot more toned and hardness thats just in the last 3-5 weeks he has been taking it!!!!!!!!!
