EPHEDRINE ?? with caffiene and asprin??

Guys, just abit of advice please

Ive just bought ephedrine 45mg (. I keep reading that you should combine it with caffiene and asprin but the ephedrine I have seems to be a higher dose than what ive read online.

Could someone please help.

My instructions say 1 daily for first 5 days then 2 daily there after.

Combining Ephedrine Hcl with Caffeine and Asprin is what's called an ECA stack. This name comes from the patented combination according to specific ratios of the ingredients.

What was found is that the combination of the three yield what is called a 'synergestic' effect. That is, 1+1+1 does not equal 3, but more like 10.

In a technical way, the combination enhances the effect of the ephedrine while simultaneously prolonging its effect.

I do not remember the specific ratio of the ingredients, but I am sure if you went to the USPTO website and did a search on "ECA" or "ECA Stack", you would find the info you are looking for.

I am sure, however, that 45 mg of Ephedrine is very high for one pill. The old Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, and Ripped Fuel all had 20 mg Ephedrine alkaloids (less potent thatn Hcl) for every 2 pills. The FDA recommends against taking any more than 100mg a day for over 12 weeks consecutively. Make sure to take at least 4 weeks off for every 12 weeks on.

Definitely would recommend you cut those pills in 1/4, and take them once to twice daily. Never take after 4PM if you want to sleep!
 
Yeah, different people react differently to these things, meaning certain dosages might do nothing for you, or amp you like crazy. Start slow, and increase as you feel appropriate.
 
usually its 20mg of ephedra. you need to cut your pills in half to get the normal dose.

ECA stack will make you jittery until you get used to it.
 
most of the threads i did searches on said 20mg of Ephedrine.. i didnt even think to split the pill in half!!!

anyone know how much caffeine and asprin off hand??

A typical dose is:

E: 25mg
C: 200mg
A: baby aspirin 81mg - This you really don't need though as it's more of a blood thinner.
