Sport Ensure Protein shakes worth it?

Is Ensure Protein shakes a good buy. Their 7.49 for 6 of them though. But has protein and can be used as a meal replacement. Should I be drinking one after lifting?

the ingredients are very poor. the first ingredient is water, then corn syrup then sugar. whats listed first is what it contains the most of.
