Sport Ensure and Boost

Sport Fitness
No.

Ensure and Boost are sugar dense drinks for the elderly. See, elderly people often lose their appetite, especially on certain medications. These drinks help them get enough calories in so they aren't weak/frail/malnourished.

Eat a healthy, balanced diet, full of veggies, some fruits, whole grains, lean meats. avoid processed foods, breads, pastas, and empty calories like sugar and alcohol...when trying to slim down.

BTW, those drinks will just make you more hungry, making it harder to stay on your eating plan.

Ahhhh.... now i am depress...that suck....!!! Sometime i am tired and i don't feel like cooking so i eat stuff already made... i get up at 5:30 to go to work and sometime don't get to bed before 11 h i find it hard to get the energy to cook good home made meal.. i guess i will have to do the effort i guess once you start loosing weight you don't feel as tired anymore..i know for sure that i need to loose like 40 lbs... grrr..i wonder if i can do this by this summer... i guess i will be a lots of work and lots of weel power... YOU DON'T GET NOTHING FOR FREE..LOL

Dont' cook every day. I don't. Cook 3 days worth of chicken breasts all at once (oven, grill, etc). They'll keep just fine, and its the same amount of effort and time for 1 breast or 10.

get a rice steamer, and make 5 days worth of rice sunday night.

Also, get to bed earlier! You're barely getting 6.5 hours of sleep, which is sure to inhibit progress. Lack of sleep and extra stress raises your cortisol levels, which slow fat loss and muscle gain. Cortisol is basically bad.

Yea you right... 1 breast or 10 are the same cooking time...!

Rice! hum i taught that its not that good for you (rice, pasta, spagetti, bread)

So how much sleep like 8 hrs... ok if i can't manage to get the 8 hours of sleep and just get 7 during the night but then just after work i get 1 hour is this good or it has to be all at once..!!!

Oh really i did not know that.... maybe i crave sweet because i don't get enough sleep is this possible!

* So is oat meal, or Fiber one cereal is a good breakfast?

you have to be careful about napping to make up for sleep. too short or too long and it just leaves you worse off...more tired than rested.

whole oats, steel cut oats and fiber one are good breakfast carbs. you still need protein though.

long grain brown rice is not a 'bad' carb, but is a carb so it needs to fit into your diet strategy, which might mean very little rice while trying to shed body fat.
