Sport enough carbs?

Just wondering if I need more carbs in my diet, I usually eat a bowl of oatmeal in the morning and have fruit or veggies with all other meals of the day. Is that enough or do I need to start eating more sweet potatoes and pasta again?
 
No one can calculate how much carbs you're getting from that description.

How many meals, how many fruit, how much oatmeal?
 
Well here's a rough outline of what I might eat during the day:

about 1/2 cup oatmeal in the morning with 1/2 banana
apple or veggies + string cheese
salad + chicken
veggies + source of protein (chicken/turkey/fish)
cottage cheese

I'm not exercising as much as I did during the summer time. I may do some cardio (walk-jog or elliptical) + weight training 3 times a week for an hour.
 
How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

You're not eating very much food at all.
