Sport Enough cal's to burn fat?

Sport Fitness
I've read that if you starve yourself, your body will create extra insulin and your metabolism drops, so when you do eat more of it will be eventually stored as fat than if you ate normally. (phew). I'm not an overly active person, but I still sweat it out 3 - 4 time a week. I thought I ate enough for someone of my age, size and activity, but after consulting countless websites and the trainers at my local gym, i found that I'm eatting about 600-700 cal's under my reccommended daily intake (even based on a non-active lifestyle). I only eat 3 meals a day though. I'm a little flabby on my stomach and behind. If I were to increase my intake to the recommended level, but also have five/six meals a day, would I see better results from the exercise I do?

I would say yes. As long as they are healthy. By increasing your meal frequency, your body will actually store less.
