Sport enough calories/nutrients

im finding it hard to eat more than 1500 calories in a day...and on fitday i can never seem to meet the rda for most of the vitamins and minerals. i work and go to school so i dont get a whole lot of time to eat...and also im cutting...im not exactly sure how many calories i need but i know its more than 1500...i eat protein and green vegetables as often as i can..thanks for the hel in advance
 
well, I agree 1,500 is probably too low.

but you don't list a height, a weight, a gender, an age, or exactly what you eat, or what your daily lifestyle is like...so we can't offer any more advice.

Go to school and work 30-35 hours a week
eat when i have time at school, mostly chicken breast, romaine, celery, tuna, egg whites, whey, shrim, whole wheat bread/pasta, gonna try cottage cheese tho i dont like it too much..hard to get parents to go to the grocery store and they usually get the wrong things..and i cant be there when they go..healing hand at the moment so i dont have a grip and cant really lift weights but try to get HIIT in..when im given a ride to the gym (dont have a license, long story)
