Hey everyone,


Ive got a new job and its wear'n me out....What I need to know is...how i can get more energy and keep it goin through the day. :confused: :confused: :confused: I mean ive tryed some energy drinks and some like full throttle didnt do anything for me, Adrenaline helped a little but didnt last long and made me even more tired after it went away :( ...What other drinks or options are there? Pills?....stuff that works!

any kind of "energy drink" or caffeine all together will give you energy for a while and then when it wears off you feel worst then before. Eating right would be the best energy boost...

if you don't know your diet, you're likely not eating well, and that's the cause for no energy.
