Sport Energy Food?

Sport Fitness
So I am looking for food that gives you energy, but at the same time isn't bad for you. I searched Google and this is one of the websites it took me to ....

Does anyone know if these foods are good recommendations? I know I can buy some of these different bars in bulk, but I don't want to get something and find out it actually sucks.

I would really appreciate the help! Thanks!

I can't tell if this is spam or not...so I removed the URL, but will still respond.

Skip the bars man. ALL FOOD = ENERGY. Seriously..food is the energy and building blocks for the body.
Carbohydrates are the most directly accessible form of energy. whole grains like oatmeal are an ideal source of 'all day' energy.
'lesser' forms of carbs like sugar can provide shorter term energy solutions, which makes fruit a good option.

To lead on from the last reply, it depends on what you need the energy for. If it's for short bursts then you can use simple carbohydrates ( glucose-sugar-) if it's slightly longer amounts of time then complex carbs are better (typical carbs- pasta and potatoes-) :)
