Energy & Endurance

Hey all...

first post of the forum...

im a 21yr old male in the UK.

been sporadic at the gym over last few years...as a result got a bit of a belly, some muscle there but not much definition or tone...

so im determined to get back to the gym, 3 times a week, will be cycling to work twice a week and being a keen drummer, will get a lot more exercise at the weekend...

but after all that waffle, im looking for some kind of suppliment or energy boost to help me go longer at the gym...ie: if on my own i can do an hour, id like to drink somat that helps me go an extra half hour.

not sure if that kinda thing is available. not looking for weight gain cos im naturally a big-ish build and im not wanting to go for big muscles. just a nice tone and maybe a pack.

purley endurance boost im looking for.

If I were you and needed more energy to last longer in the gym, you would need to consume a pre-workout meal. I eat eggbeaters(egg whites), a small energy bar, and a protein shake. This gives me a lot of energy and my workouts are a breezeeee. lol :p ;)
 
I usually go for a couple of nutella sandwiches and a protien shake. that way you got fast and slow buning carbs, fats and protien.
dont bother with energy drinks, if the same as having 2 table spoons of sugar.
