Sport energy drinks?

Sport Fitness
would you guys consider low carb monsters soda? they don't have very much sugar and i was just wondering if theyre alright to drink. i haven't had a soda in quite a long time and i want to be able to continue to say i haven't had a soda in a long time.

thanks,
dUtCh.

Drink a Red Bull instead. ;)

Don't drink a lot of them and you'll be fine. One after a workout would be best.

the acidity of soda and most energy drinks can also cause problems, including tooth decay.

moderation is key...occasional is fine. for daily 'boosts'...coffee or caffine pills, but don't overdo those either.

the nurses my wife work with say all the low carb energy drinks taste like neo-natal vitamins...which sounds aweful.

i'll pound back an orange rock star once or twice a month IF i really need a pick me up.

well the thing is, my youth group is having an all night party and my parents (who are youth group leaders) got a bunch of monsters for the kids. so its not an all the time thing, but i dont want to have one if its considered soda because i like to be able to say i haven't had a soda since like...last august.
