Backstory: Hard to tell which forum to post this in, so many to choose from. I suspect I weighed roughly 370 lbs. The last time I was officially weighed the scale only went up to 350lbs. The nurse moved the dial to 300 then moved the 50 lb weight indicator thingy all the way to the right and it just went *thunk*. A few months later, I decided to work off the flab and bought a used Lifecycle exercise bike.
Got down to about 330 lbs when I heard about Ephedrine and from there I managed to get to 290. Im Janurary I learned about the ECA stack as I was previously just taking Ephedrine. Since thanksgiving I seem to be hoovering at the 290 level. Now taking Creatine and Whey Protein, now im having endurance problems exercising.
Since August its been mostly 45 minute sessions on the bike, level 12-14 resistance, burning 650-700 calories per session. Now im having trouble just going 30 minutes. Muscle mass is increasing, my appetite is still at a minimum, if I just wanted to diet without the exercise I wouldnt have a problem. I spend 10-15 minutes stretching before each session to loosen the muscles (something I never did when I went to a gym), but after 20 minutes on the bike im running out of steam.
What type of supplements can I take to increase energy, that doesnt contain massive amounts of caffine? It took me a while to find a balance with the Ephedrine as I was having sleeping problems.
Supplements im currently taking.
Ephedrine, Caffine, Asperin (taken at 5am and 9am).
Creatine (taken with OJ at 11am and 4pm).
Twinlabs Potassium Caps (taken with coffee at 5am).
Twinlabs Dualtabs (taken with coffee at 5am & OJ at 4pm).
Whey Protein Mix (3 scoops mixed with fatfree milk at 6-7pm).
