Sport Energy Booster Foods ?

I'd like to know what are some foods you could eat to keep full for longer periods but also help on energy and that don't bring on fatigue. As in if you ate a ton of sugar which obviously would bring on fatigue :)
 
Whole grains. I.e. steel cut oats, barley, long grain brown rice.

These are low glycemic carb sources, with fiber. Long term fuel.

Don't forget protein and fat though. You need em all.
