I havent ran, worked out, or really anything in the past 5 years. I joined a rugby team to help get motivated into getting back into shape. After the first 5 minutes of practice I was completely winded and close to blacking out. I finished the 3 hour practice doing as much as my body could but I was wondering how long will it take until I can jog/run for a long period of time without being completely wasted?
I was never a big endurance guy but before I stopped everything I could run a 6 minute mile or jog/run/play sports for 30 minutes without feeling the way I did last night. Thanks for the help.
