Endothil-CR

I just saw an ad for Endothil-CR in Maxim magazine this week. I called and spoke with a representative there but I wanted to see if anyone was familiar with the product or had tried it. I am a female but have recently stopped training due to a number of issues and would like to get back into it and gain back more muscle than I had before. Any thoughts??

its garbage

wow, it contains sugar, riboflavin, 'green tomato extract'....yeah sounds like total crap to me.

THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL

Train hard, eat properly, and you'll gain more muscle than you had before.

My friend and I are trying it. We are both endomorphs so we figure Endothil is for us. GNC told us we can get our $$ back if we keep our receipt and return any unused portion. So we were like "what the heck, let's try it" because we work out 6 days a week and really haven't had any noticible gains in quite a while and rarely get sore. We took before photos and will be taking some after as well once we hit 6 weeks or if it doesn't work...then no pix will be taken.

Oddly enough, it's been 17 days taking Endothil 1/2 hour before our workout and we have kept the same diets, which have no refined sugars, with meats, protein drinks, veggies, fruits, and lots of water. Our workout is the same exercises we have been doing for well over a year the only variance is we have dropped the weight so we can increase the reps by 3 per set and push hard on the last of our 5 sets. We are also working out one muscle group rather than groups of two.

During this time, we have noticed some definition gains and have gained some weight. I, personally, have gained 8 pounds during this period. My friend has gained 5 pounds.

I keep this updated as it's still early in the game.

17 days and 8 pounds? I'm sorry, I find this extremely hard to believe.

Hard to believe?

I am as skeptical as anyone...why would I lie? I guess I could ask the gym if they send the scale into the factory and see if it is defective. :p Believe me if the stuff doesn't appear to be helping after 6 weeks, then I will be getting my refund.

I am just reporting what's going on with me and my friend so there...actually I'd like to lose some pounds rather than gain but if I am building muscle then I am ok with it. We are going to implement a daily cardio routine into our workout starting next week.

if you have been doing the same work out for over a year then maybe thats why your not seeing any gains..i guess the endothil didnt work since you havent posted up your pics..
