End of Body Fat % Competition.

I am in a head to head 6 month Body Fat % Competition. I Started the competition at 211lbs and 19% body fat. The contest started on February 1st and ends on August 1st.

I am currently at 190lbs and 17% body fat. This is not nearly low enough to win so with 7 weeks left I am willing to do what ever it takes to win. I would like feedback on my game plan. I will do anything that doesn't have a realistic chance of death.

June 15th to July 15th Begin weight loss supplements.
I am looking into supplements to get passed my 190 plateau that I have been stuck on for 6 weeks. Any thoughts? (Alli, Hydroxycut?)
Continue eating 1500 calories a day, 1 hour cardio a day, and weight lifting 3 days a week.

July 15th -July 28 14 day Master cleanse
14 day Juice fast to cheat down as many last minute pounds as I can. I know these wont be long term weight loss but my competition will be doing the same so I am willing to match him.

July 28-29-30 Recover from Juice fast
Slowly start eating again, regain health and strength.

July 31st. Dehydration
Undertake as much dehydration as possible to get to the lowest weight I can for the skin fold test.

Any tips on tightening skin for the skin fold test are appreciated.

We really do not encourage quick weight loss methods around here... especially not some of the less than intelligent ones you're considering.

Search on Lyle Mcdonald and PSMF and that might give you a little help

though I'd hope you'd consider using common sense ...

what do you win and what are you giving us for trying to help you
 
You could use DNP (if they don't do drug tests), but if you go blind, or worse yet, fry your brain, don't come complaining.

PSMF is your safest choice though, as mentioned above. Lyle McDonald sells the e-book on his website, so you can get to it quick
