Basically, i have an embarassing question which is why its been asked over the Internet. I am a healthy 22 year old lady who goes to the gym daily. My work out and health are fine.
The problem is that everytime i loose weight, i loose it on my boobs first, when this happens, the skin is still as it was but nothing to fill them any longer due to loosing weight and they have gone kinda 'floppy' and un firm looking, i want them to be firm espeacially since i will be going on holiday soon and will have to wear a bikini. I have dropped from a 36D to a 34B.
I always wear a sports bra at the gym but that doesnt really seem to stop it although when im at the gym i don't train my chest as some people do as im scared they will go even smaller and look even more floppy.
Has anybody ever expierenced this before and know if there are any creams or any exercises which may stop this occuring - and no im not wanting to put myself through a boob job, lol.
