I think this will be good for my accountability and progress.

1 week into my journey. Started at 205.

Weigh in day on Monday - 204

12k step goal today - achieved

Tomorrow is my last day at my job. I'm going to be a stay at home mom. I'm going to focus on exercising more and eating right now that I have more time.

We sound like we are in the same place.. I like to use this thing as an accountability too. I'm really surprised at how well it works. Granted, I am on day two.. lol.

Welcome to the forum, Elle. My diary holds me accountable & it's funny how often I have second thoughts about eating something I shouldn't because of it. We are very nonjudgmental though & we talk about all sorts of stuff. I hope you like it here. Cheers, Cate.
 
Finished up my job yesterday. Didn't track much progress due to being so busy. Taking a rest weekend with my family. Making decent eating choices.
 
Happy times ahead of you Elle. Adjustments to be made, but I have fond memories of being s stay at home Mum when my kids were little. :beating:
 
Did a weekly grocery trip today. Very happy with what I bought. Stayed away from the sweets and came out mostly with produce and meats.

I'm excited that I get to be with her more now. She's only little once. :beating:
 
Back to the real world. Spent a wonderful day with my tiny human yesterday. Ate not so well but it's a new day.

I did my Monday weigh in.

Start - 205
Week 1 - 204
Week 2 - 203

I know it's not much but it's still progress. Getting back into my healthier habits again. Even if I keep falling a pound a week I'll be very pleased.
 
Yesterday was okay. It was a busy mom day. I did fairly well on my eating, but slacked on my steps and water.

Shooting for 202 next week.

Wow this is amazing! Congratulations Elle. You should be really proud. When i read about mothers or older people making it like that and going strong it makes me really motivated and feel like i really have no excuse.
I hope you keep updating :):)
