I've been calorie counting for a while now, and I was happy to read that eggs are a relatively lean food.
However, my calorie listings list a boiled egg as having 75 calories, while a fried egg has 100. Is there really a difference in calorie amounts based on how I prepare the food? It doesn't really make sense to me.
Any help would be appreciated.

Makes no sense to me, either, but ever darned calorie sheet I find online shows eggs having varying amounts of calories depending on how they're prepared. A 50 calorie egg suddenly jumps to 100 if scrambled. I'd love to understand this, as well, since I've got two of them in my daily diet.

Where are you finding your calorie information? It might have something do do with the fact that to fry an egg, you need some kind of oil, which would add calories, but you don't if you're boiling one. Same thing with scrambling eggs, there's often an oil and/or milk added.

Does it give the size of the eggs? As in how many grams?

Eggs are rich in protein which is best for our health and weight loss you can eat boiled egg, fried egg, egg omelet, egg sandwich and many more, and its take very less time to prepare.
