Egg White Help

Hello, I hear that people eay egg whites. Do you just seperate the yolk from the white and fry it? And why dont you eat the yolk?

The yolk is the fatty part and high in cholesterol. The white has all the protien.

dont fry cos then you just get the oil fat. microwave is best, keep taking it out every 10-20secs to mix it up. you can add milk.

the yolk is where the flavour is so have 1 whole egg, and seperate 2 or 3 more whites

yolk has high cholesterol values , thus its not wise to eat it.

egg whites are most healthy if u dont fry it.
best, go hard boiled eggs, peel off the skin and eat the egg white (3 g of protein / 0 fat / 34 calories) , i eat like 7 each day. 7 x 3 , 21 g of protein.

1 whole egg is about 74 or so calories, hard boiled

I separate using the shell. I put 5 whites plus 1 whole egg into the skillet with pam spray, throw on some buttered wheat toast and walah.

I hate microwaved eggs, all fluffy. But thats just my opinion.

half the protein is in the yolk. average medium/large egg has 6g of protein, 3g in the white, 3g in the yolk. all the fat is in the yolk.

i read a study that said the lecithin in the yolk is a binding inhibitor to the cholesterol in the yolk...meaning that the cholesterol in eggs isn't as bad as we may think.

but its still fat, so I do about 5 whites, and 2 yolks most days for breakfast.
