Sport Egg recipe

This is really cool...tried it out myself the other night and works fantastic

Take the number of eggs that you want and crack them into a zip lock bag. Mash them by hand, throw the ingredients you want in the bag (cheese, onions, etc) and then get all the air out of the bag and seal it. Throw the bag into a pot of boiling water and let cook for 14-18 minutes (minutes depend on number of eggs). I used 3 eggs and 3 eggwhites, turkey sausage, cheese, onion, bell pepper, jalapenos, and olives and it took 18 minutes. Take out of water, open bag up, and let slide out on the plate....no butter, no oil, no pan to clean up.

This works great for breakfast when you can toss it in the pot and go take your shower, get out, and breakfast is ready.

was the sausage pre-cooked?

Dude, I am so going to try this.

Only thiing I can think of that could go wrong would be the plastic bag melting. Ever have this happen?

The only prob I had was this morning when I used a pot that was bit to small. It's best used with a larger size boiling pot and I was able to cook four omelets in the bigger one but had a bit of near melting with just one on the smaller pot.

Way cool! Definitely sounds worth a try, I love convenient ways of cooking.
