I’m heading out on vacation Saturday and was going to do my normal (morning of vacation)treat of picking up an Egg McMuffin, but decided I could make my own egg sandwich that would be tasty.
Problem:
Egg McMuffin: 300 calories and 18gs of protein
My egg sandwich: 295 cals and 16gs of protein and I haven't slapped on any meat. (was going to go with Tuna)
(Wheat bagel 220 cals 10gs protein/egg 75 cals 6gs protein )
Maybe I should just do the egg McMuffin? I’ll have to look into wheat English muffins to get my cals down from 220
Thoughts?
