Someone just has to come up with a recipe for hollandaise with slightly less cholesterol and saturated fat and we'd be golden. (One that actually tastes good, that is)
Yah no doubt about that, that was one of my favorite food that I always wanted to see in my breakfast. However I got a little issue on eggs, article from NCBI shows that too much consumption of these may lead to cardio vascular disease (CVC).
