I go to the gym and lift 3-4 times a week. I just started taking the months supply of Effervescent Creatine (Individual Packets) by GNC, Pro Performance after being out of the Lifting/Aerobics Scene for a few months.
Nine out the 10 times my schedule only allows me to hit the gym in the late evening between 8 and 9 pm. Immediately after the gym I go home and take a daily serving of creatine. The directions say wait 30mins before eating. If I start eating within 10-15mins of ingestion does the break down/metabolism phase get affected? I want to avoid eating late at night as its not recommended eating dinner or a decent meal before bed. Any Ideas??
