Hi all,

I'm an 18 year old male who hasn't really had the need to lose any weight until now, since i now train with my university boxing club, 3 times a week. Im currently 5' 10/11'', and weigh 70 kilos, and my fighting weight, i have been told, should be 64 kilos. I'm a pretty active guy - 3 intense boxing sessions a week, as well as any other sports i can fit around exams at the moment!

my main issue is my middle. Im a relatively slim guy with the exception of my midriff and chest, where i have always been quite tubby since i was young. I was quite tubby in general as a youngster, but most of that disappeared as i grew, while my stomach just decided to stubbornly stay put.

I was wondering whether anyone had some good exercises that are good for helping budge the fat from the stomach, abdomen and chest areas. Any help will be appreciated!

You can't spot reduce unfortunately. The fat will go from whichever places your body decides - you can tone certain areas, but the fat will come off however it wants. :/

For males fat around the abdomen is usually the last to go. Research yohimbine hcl (I think that is what is called), along with proper use it can help with areas around the abdominal by shutting off certain receptors that block the oxidation of fat (again if I remember correctly). Many studies on it have been done.
