YOu need omega 3's, 6's and 9's. peanuts, almonds...they'll get you plenty of omega 6...but fish oil, specifically cold water fish like salmon and tuna are gonna pack the most omega 3.
but too much tuna leads to mercury toxicity (5 cans per week of chunk light, or 3 cans per week of white albacore)..and salmon can be pricey...so fish oil caps work well.
