I don't want to even try to think of how many times I have tried to lose weight in the past, but I didn't know how. I tried everything from atkins to fasting, somehow I was eating 800 calories a day and still not losing any weight. Anyways, I somehow managed to gain 20lbs in a year (buying a house is super stressful and mashed potatoes and cheesecake were my best friend ) and decided it was diet time when my pants started getting tight. There was NO WAY I was going to buy larger jeans, NO WAY. I decided to give eDiets a shot, and losing weight has never been easier. I swear this isn't spam, I want everyone to try it. It's like $20 to join for a month and it was the best $20 I've spent ever. You pick out meals that are pretty easy to make, then print out a shopping list. If you pick a few different meals to alternate on days (ie pick 2 lunches and 2 dinners, and alternate days) so you don't have to buy a billion things at the super market. Cook for a few days and freeze it. It's harder to mess up your diet if the food you need to eat just needs to be microwaved, right? They have a bunch of programs to choose from, even a vegetarian program which I'm on and I love it.
